About the Team

The people who support you at Care Home Support and Training all come from a health and social care background.

We are a small team, but this means that we can offer you personalised support and training.  We work with a limited number of services, meaning that we know you and your services well.  We are Registered Nurses and Registered Managers;  and have nursing, teaching, business, management, health and safety and quality assurance qualifications.

All of our team have a transferrable Enhanced Disclosure and Barring (DBS) Certificate.

We will share with you relevant details to check DBS Certificates and NMC Registration.

Our Approach

At Care Home Support and Training, we have over 45 years experience of working in health and social care.  We are passionate about the quality of social care services and how quality impacts on the people that matter, those who use the service.

We support, train and mentor those who utilise our services, including Owners, Directors, Managers and staff teams in a flexible and cost-effective way.  Our aim is to share the knowledge and expertise within our team, thereby ensuring that you meet the fundamental standards and enabling you to provide safe, effective, responsive and well-led care.
