At Care Home Support and Training we offer a range of tailor made services.  We initially undertake a telephone consultation to establish your requirements and then provide you with a range of written options and prices for you to consider.  There is no obligation and the options and quotations that we provide are valid for 14 days. 

Our Mock Inspections review the five Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOE) asking is the service Safe, Caring, Responsive, Effective and Well-led.  This is an in-depth review of your service.  Our Mock Inspections can be conducted over up to three days depending on your needs.  A full report is produced with suggestions for improvement.

Our auditing service provides you with an independent, detailed review of particular areas such as medication, care planning, infection control and health and safety.

We offer mentorship and support specifically for Care Home Owners/Providers and Registered Managers.

We recognise that these are pivotal roles within the social care sector and people who hold these positions need support specfic to their requirements.

Ideally we like to offer these sessions face to face, however we also recognise that this is not always possible and offer telephone conferencing and webinar services too.

We also offer these services at a time that is convenient to you.  This can be evenings and weekends if required.

Sometimes your service may be without a Manager for a period of time, or the Manager may be struggling to keep on top of the various aspects of managing a Home.

We are able to offer experienced Managers, for long or short term contracts, who will be able to totally manage your service or to share the workload with your current Manager.

We know, as do CQC, that strong leadership has a vast impact on the quality of service and outcomes for people who live at the service.  Guiding managers back on track and to address cultural concerns is something that we have done successfully many times.

Understanding the Fundamental Standards, the Five Key Questions and the Key Lines of Enquiry 

This course is delivered over 1, 2 or 3 days for a basic, intermediate and advanced course.
